All the laboratories are well equipped with large number of sophisticated equipment’s and advanced facilities in SKU College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Ananthapuramu.

The Central Instrumentation Room of the college is equipped with sophisticated equipment needed for basic and advanced research in Pharmaceutical sciences like UV-Visible double beam Spectrophotometer (Systronics 2203 ), Flame photometer (Systronics 130), Two BOD Cooling Incubators (Remi CI-6 plus), Incubator (Sciegenics Biotech), Incubator (Singhla), Cooling Centrifuge (Remi C-24 plus), Stability chamber (Remi SC-6 plus TFT) Digital Nephelo-Turbidity Meter (Systronics 132), Digital Photo colorimeter (Systronics 113), Digital pH Meter (Systronics MK VI), Digital Conductivity Meter (Systronics MK 509) , Double Distillation Unit, Microwave Oven(LG), Centrifuge Machine, Palm micro Centrifuge, Deep Freezer etc.Sophisticated sensitive analytical instruments are installed at centrally located air conditioned laboratory. At present the facility is being availed by M. Pharm. students and faculties of the college for their respective research activities. Instruments are being used by B. Pharm. students during their regular practical.

The Pharmacology department is well equipped with basic requirements for the conduct of practicals and also for carrying research activities. A few of the equipment's are as listed below

Pharmacological Screening experiments like Analgesic activity, Skeletal muscle relaxant activity, Antipsychotic activity, Antiinflammatory activity, Antidiabetic activity and can also carry out serum analysis by utilizing semi autoanalyser. Along with the above mentioned equipment's, the lab is also equipped with basic instruments like centrifuge, Kymograph machine, Spirometer, Microscopes, permanent slides etc.
