The traditional view of drug discovery involves a linear process of identifying, generating a lead molecule, optimizing its properties, and then proceeding to preclinical and clinical trials and finally releasing into the market, hence Pharmaceutical field is the base of scientific and technical innovation in the present century by meeting the needs of all sections of people in the society.

Our SKU College of Pharmaceutical Sciences is providing quality education to the students of Rayalaseema region where a student will get a platform to excel in academics along with enriching their innovative and research skills. Our SKUCOPS is moving ahead with a vision of creating excellent dedicated Pharma force to the society. The college also organizes periodically several professional refresher courses, workshops, seminars, etc. Apart from curricular activities, emphasis is given on developing the inter-personal communication skills of students by conducting various lectures and seminars by eminent personalities. The sports activities are also conducted periodically for the students. The college takes pride of its prestigious alumni spread across the entire subcontinent and as well as globally.
